Many practices have been collaborating to provide services to their patients. Some of these arrangements have been on an informal basis such as clusters, or a loose federation or alliance and others have been more formal such as a Corporate Federation. The 2019/2020 GP contract formalises this collaborative working within the Primary Care Network Contract.
